The Practice

A practice built around one idea

That an active body is worth maintaining on purpose—knowledgeably, and long before something tears.

My goal is simple: to be one part of your self-care routine, supporting you as you return to feeling like your most capable, highest-functioning self.

I’m a Licensed Massage Therapist based in Colorado with over two years of experience, including work alongside chiropractors, physical therapists, and several high-end spas.

I love working with clients on targeted areas of tension—bringing relief, and helping restore function and ease to their everyday lives.

How I work

Specifically, and with your whole training picture in the room. I’d rather spend the first session truly understanding how you load your body than rush to dig at the first thing that’s sore. The result is bodywork that addresses causes, not just symptoms—and a relationship that gets more effective every season, because I come to know your body as well as you do.

Credentials & training

  • Licensed Massage Therapist, State of Colorado
  • 600-hour professional training, Costa Rica School of Massage Therapy
  • Craniosacral Therapy, Level 1 — Upledger Institute
  • Focused study in sports massage, recovery, and injury prevention
  • Fully insured · working with active people across the Roaring Fork Valley

How I work with your other providers

When you’re managing an injury or a medical condition, the best results come from everyone pulling the same direction. With your written consent, I’ll coordinate with your physician or physical therapist—and I’ll always refer out when something needs a doctor. Here’s how care coordination works.

Where to find me

The studio is in downtown Carbondale—a calm, private room with good light and better quiet. Clients come from across the valley: Aspen and Snowmass to the upvalley side, Basalt and El Jebel in the middle, Glenwood Springs to the west. Book a first session and let’s talk about what you’re training for.

Let’s keep you in season.

The best time to start maintaining a body is always now. Book a first session and assessment.
